Conditions of Use
In case that researchers and other potential user are interested in using one of the DISABKIDS instruments, they are asked to complete a collaboration form and return it signed by Fax or Mail to Prof. Dr. Monika Bullinger:

After this registration the interested party will receive practical information (e.g. payment of fees, available translations) and a password for login in the “Members only” folder. There potential user will find Downloads like the International DISABKIDS Manual and the DISABKIDS questionnaires.

Copyright
The DISABKIDS group holds the copyright for all DISABKIDS Core Instruments and DISABKIDS Disease Modules.
 
Researchers using one of the DISABKIDS instruments shall not modify, abridge, condense, adapt, recast or transform the DISABKIDS instruments in any manner or form, including but not limited to any minor or significant change in wordings or organisation in DISABKIDS, without the prior written agreement of DISABKIDS Group. Researchers interested in using one of the DISABKIDS instruments shall not translate DISABKIDS, without the prior written agreement of the DISABKIDS Group.

Researchers shall not reproduce the DISABKIDS instruments except for the limited purpose of generating sufficient copies for use in investigations stated hereunder and shall in no event distribute copies of the DISABKIDS instruments to third parties by sale, rental, lease, lending, or any others means. The DISABKIDS Group will decide to institute or not proceedings against the infringing party.
